Wizard City

Wizard City is at the centre of all things, sprouted up around Bartleby, the World Tree. Bartleby protects all worlds by eternally maintaining a connection to them along the Spiral. Wizard City is home to the esteemed faculty of the Ravenwood School of Magical Arts.

Grizzleheim & Wintertusk

Inspired by Norse mythology, Grizzleheim and Wintertusk are airy, outdoor landscapes of snowy mountains, glacial ridges and towering trees that are home to Bears, Wolves and Ravens.


Krokotopia is an ancient land of forgotten treasures. Deserts surround the life-giving oasis in the shadow of towering pyramids. Krokotopia was once home to the Kroks, and it is rumoured the Kroks have re-awakened and enslaved the Manders.


Marleybone is the home of dogs, cats, and proper manners. The city has all the trappings of a modern society built upon scientific foundations. Big Ben, Scotland Yard, and the Royal Museum are some of the most famous sights in Marleybone.


Moo Shu is a beautiful land with a rich, deep history. Full cherry trees, carefully maintained gardens, and tall mountains can be found everywhere. Although this is a place of knowledge and tradition, there is a great mystery here. It is the home of the honourable Samoorai as well as the evil Ninja Pigs.


Once an advanced militant society, Dragonspyre had an esteemed academy, rivalling the Ravenwood School of Magical Arts in Wizard City. Today Dragonspyre is a country of fire and lava, in which spirits haunt the abandoned ruins.


Long ago, a war submerged the kingdom of Celestia in the waters of the sea, taking with it, the army that had attacked it. The knowledge about the phenomenal Astral magic was lost along with it too. In the meantime a strange new culture has developed in the ruins: the Crustacean Empire.


Once upon a time Wysteria was a small, sleepy trading post that held no great significance for the Spiral's fortunes. But then Pigswick Academy was founded, which has been regularly holding big tournaments there ever since. Students from all of the wizard schools face each other in hopes of gaining the sparkling Spiral Cup. However, the competition is not the only challenge...


Zafaria is an untamed wilderness crawling with rhinos, jackals and giant bugs. Somewhere between the jungle and the Savannah a group of Ravenwood students have disappeared. Are they in the gorillas' tree village or the stony city of elephants? Fight your way through Zafaria's unique landscapes and save its inhabitants from an old acquaintance's sinister plans.


Avalon is a medieval world of knights, legends and ancient history. This lush place isn't only the home of badgers, foxes and fairies, but also of Merle Ambrose and his loyal owl Gamma, who left this world many a year ago. Now the evil Pendragon rules Avalon and threatens the good people, spreading fear and terror. Where are the Knights of the Silver Rose? And which stone contains the legendary Sword of Kings?


Azteca, with its floating mountains, stinking swamps and mystical step-pyramids is one of the oldest worlds of the Spiral. Aztecosaurs, Jaguars and Avians live here. When the large comet Xibalba appeared in the skies ten years ago, the Aztecosaurs fled to their underground mining town. Ever since then, everyone in the Spiral worlds has believed that Azteca was destroyed. However, that didn't stop Morganthe from going out in search for the ancient jungle world...


The mighty Aquila is a land in which there are some exciting adventures to be had! Even the bravest of wizards will meet their matches here when they have to put their skills to the test against gods. An especially exciting challenge are the 'Immortal Games', in which young student wizards from the entire Spiral can take part.


The wizards from Wizard City are travelling to a small island in the Spiral: Khrysalis, remnant of a broken world, which was once lost in the swirls of time. Even from a distance it is easy to make out the dark silhouette of Khrysalis. To save the Spiral, the wizards need to explore this sinister world and find a way to stop Morganthe.

Four Dungeons

It is time to visit a few known places, to open closed doors and to explore new and legendary areas. Four Dungeons offers a chance to refresh old acquaintances and to decode puzzles. This is the chance to leave the well-trodden path to face never-before seen challenges.


Far away from Wizard City, at the edge of the Spiral, lies the world of Polaris - a land of frozen tears and forgotten secrets. There once stood the proud kingdom of Penguinonia is now under the strict reign of an inconsiderate Tsar. An undaunted wizard is needed, who can forge an alliance with the mysterious witch Baba Jaga to uncover the sinister conspiracy that is threatening all of the Spiral.


Many years have passed since Malistaire stole the Eye of History from Grandfather Tree in Ravenwood. Yet as the status of the tree worsened, Bartleby saw his only hope whilst searching for the Eye. On the tracks of a mysterious plot, the wizard travelled to the land of quicksand. In Mirage, he uncovered some exciting and dangerous adventure among the House Qhats and Dromel nomads.


Empyrea is a strange world, populated by a variety of different beings. It lies hidden away in the centre of the Spiral and is said to be hard to find. Here, protected by the Paradox Chains, is the Chaos Heart. Grandmother Raven encased Empyrea in a violent storm and now it’s up to a brave wizard to not only save the taken Mellori, but also all of Spiral.
